For laboratory-confirmed iron deficiency, your provider reviews the cause, your lab results and treatment alternatives before prescribing an infusion. Iron is given separately from nutrient blends.
Iron helps your body make hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood. Low iron can contribute to fatigue and reduced stamina, but symptoms alone do not confirm a deficiency. We use your labs to understand what you need and why.
An infusion may be considered when oral iron is not tolerated, has not worked adequately or absorption is a concern. Your provider reviews those options with you and investigates the underlying cause.

Care in every detail
Recent CBC, ferritin and iron studies help confirm deficiency and guide your plan. We review allergies, previous reactions, medications and treatment alternatives.
We use an infusion pump to deliver iron at the prescribed, controlled rate, with a slower initial period. Your team monitors vital signs, your IV site and how you feel throughout the infusion.
Our emergency response protocol guides the team if a reaction occurs. Staff stop the infusion, assess symptoms and initiate the appropriate response, including emergency services when needed. Monitoring does not eliminate the risk of a reaction.
Stay for at least 30 minutes of observation after treatment and until clinically stable. You receive aftercare instructions and a follow-up lab plan to assess your response before further treatment.
Tell your care team immediately if you notice itching, a rash, dizziness, chest discomfort or trouble breathing during treatment.
Small format. Personal attention.
Unlike an IV infusion into a vein, shots such as B12 use a prescribed IM or SQ route when appropriate. Your provider selects the product, dose and schedule.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM / SQ
An active form of vitamin B12, selected around your nutritional and clinical needs.
May be prescribed for B12 deficiency. Response depends on the cause of symptoms and your B12 status.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM
Cholecalciferol. Discuss your vitamin D needs and whether an injection is appropriate.
For vitamin D support when clinically indicated. Dose and follow-up are individualized; more is not necessarily better.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM / SQ
B6, methionine, inositol and choline. A complement to a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.
An adjunct to nutrition and lifestyle care, not a standalone weight-loss treatment or a promise of fat loss.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM
A lipotropic blend with B vitamins and carnitine. Provider-selected support within your wider care plan.
Discuss as part of a wider nutrition plan. Expect an IM injection and reassessment of tolerance and your goals.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM
Arginine, carnitine, lysine and proline in Olympia’s updated amino-acid blend.
A nutrient option to discuss around activity and recovery. Benefits vary; an injection does not replace nutrition or rest.

Olympia · Wellness shots
IM
An individual nutrient option reviewed alongside your health history and goals.
Reviewed for individual nutrient needs. Expect a clinical assessment and follow-up rather than a guaranteed performance or fat-burning effect.

Provider-directed
IM / SQ · Provider-directed
A personalized review with your provider helps determine the appropriate route, dose and schedule. NAD+ has its own pricing. Benefits vary; treatment does not guarantee improved energy or anti-aging effects.

A little clarity
SQ describes the subcutaneous route, not a take-home package. Home treatment requires a specific prescription, training and follow-up. Our current protocol provides a home pathway only for prescribed NAD+ SQ after in-office training.
No. The prescribed volume depends on the medication, concentration and your assessment. SQ and IM are not interchangeable for every product. Non-NAD shot pricing is $25 for SQ administration when prescribed, or $35 for IM administration in our office; NAD+ is priced separately.
Iron infusions require recent labs before treatment. Your provider reviews your blood count, ferritin and iron studies to confirm the appropriate next step. For nutrient IVs and shots, testing is selected around your formula, history and treatment plan.
Nutrient infusions generally take 45–90 minutes, plus assessment and observation. Iron treatment includes at least 30 minutes of observation afterward. We confirm your visit length when scheduling.
Our nutrient menu includes Quench, Myers Cocktail, Immunity, Get-Up-and-Go and Reboot. Targeted injections, including B12, and iron infusions have separate pathways. Start with a provider assessment: we review your history, medications, allergies and goals before recommending an option. An assessment does not guarantee treatment.
No. Kidney or heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies and medication interactions can affect eligibility. Share your complete medical history. Possible risks include bruising, infection, fluid or electrolyte problems and allergic reactions.
Our nutrient menu references Olympia formulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Your provider explains the treatment, alternatives and limitations.
