The program rhythm

A plan that canmove with you.

Clinically guidedA meaningful program is not a fixed checklist. It is a sequence of clinical checkpoints, practical work and decisions made with your care team.

01

Week 0

Establish the baseline

Assessment, focused labs and selected measurements set a useful starting point.

  • Physical assessment
  • InBody baseline
  • Selected PNOĒ
02

Nutrition and movement become practical choices for your routine, with clinical guidance as needed.

  • Nutrition plan
  • Exercise plan
  • Clinical options
03

Weeks 5–8

Review the signal

Selected televisits and repeat measures help the care team review what is working and what needs adjustment.

  • Follow-up when useful
  • InBody if needed
  • Lab follow-up if needed
04

Weeks 9–12

Measure the direction

For selected programs, an end-of-program PNOĒ session can help compare performance with your starting point.

  • Review the trend
  • PNOĒ at the end, when selected
  • Define the next phase

Timing, visit type and selected measurements are individualized. InBody, labs and PNOĒ are used when clinically useful—not automatically.

Between the checkpoints

A plan built forreal life.

Measurements matter because they help us make the next choice more useful—not because they replace the choices you make every day.

Nutrition that fits

Build a food strategy around your life, preferences, lab context and practical next choices.

Movement with a reason

Use your baseline, capacity and routine to make exercise feel connected to the plan—not tacked on.

Medication, when it fits

After your provider interprets your assessment, medication options may be considered when clinically appropriate.

Follow-through, not guesswork

The cadence can include televisits, body-composition check-ins and follow-up labs when clinically useful.
